Your orders for the rest of the week work that way too, orders for the next day must be received by 6:00 p.m. of the day before.(Of course you can order for the whole week at one time.)

Monday: Pork Scallopini, pork tenderloin medallions in a lemon-caper sauce tossed with spaghetti $9.00

Stuffed Butternut Squash, roasted butternut squash with a yummy filling of itself, onions, kale, chick peas, quinoa and craisins, topped with optional feta GF $7.50 add chicken $8.50

Roasted Vegetables, roasted cauliflower, carrots, onions, zucchini and red pepper GF $3.00

Tuesday: Steak and Baked Potato, a tasty grilled top sirloin steak with baked potato (optional butter, sour cream or vegan butter) topped with fried onions $11.00

Arroz con Pollo, (Mexican chicken and yellow rice) yummy seasoned chicken with onions, peppers, tomatoes, capers and green olives in cumin, oregano, saffron and turmeric rice GF $8.50

Lentil Stew, one of my two favorite lentil soups! With creamy lentils, carrots, onions, sherry and herbs. SO GOOD! GF $7.25

Carrot Cake, delicious homemade goodness, with walnuts and cream cheese frosting $4.50

Wednesday: Caribbean Salmon, mildly spiced salmon, pan seared and served with black beans (onions, peppers) and rice with fried maduros GF $12.00

Veggie Mushroom Risotto, tender arborio rice with wild and domestic mushrooms, butter, white wine, garlic, shallots and parmesan GF $7.50 add chicken $8.50

Thursday: Spinach Artichoke Stuffed Chicken, chicken breast stuffed with our spinach artichoke dip (also with cream cheese and mozzarella) rolled in herbed breadcrumbs and baked, served with penne pasta and a pesto cream sauce $9.00

Indonesian Brown Rice Salad, a cold salad of brown rice, apples, raisins, celery, sweet peppers and peanuts in an orange juice-tamari-sesame oil dressing GF $7.50 add chicken $8.50


Friday: Corned Beef and Cabbage, YUM! Corned beef, cabbage, onions and potatoes GF $8.50

Veggie Pot Pie, a repeat from a few weeks ago! Tender veggies in a dairy free (ala almond milk) gravy, topped with thinly sliced roasted potatoes GF $7.50
